In the Winter of 2014 Pastor Chris Frye had a vision of the state of Louisiana. In that vision he saw a homing device flashing in the south central region of the state. With what could only be God’s orchestration and timing, he discovered New Hope in Eunice where he and his wife, Megan, received a burden for the Church they believe God wants to build in the community of Eunice. Pastor Chris’ calling was confirmed by the congregation of New Hope in July of 2016. Within a month he, his bride, and their three babies were moved and settling in to their new home.
With a heritage that is as rich as it is rare, New Hope is a unique merger of two Church bodies within the same community. In March of 1995 First Assembly of God and a home-birthed Eunice Fellowship united to begin working together to accomplish God’s will for this city. Today, Pastors’ Chris and Megan along with the staff, leadership, membership, workers, and many more are committing themselves to “meet people and grow closer to God together!” Our hope is that you would partner with us to bring what we believe to be God’s vision for Eunice and the surrounding area to life in and through you!
